1. Introduction
   • Welcome to Stargazer Digital, an e-commerce growth agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive online. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
   • Stargazer Digital offers the following services:
     • Paid advertising campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Bing.
     • Email marketing campaigns, primarily through Klaviyo.
     • Conversion design services to optimize user experience and increase sales.
3. User Obligations
   • As a client, you agree to provide all necessary information and materials required for the successful execution of the services you’ve enlisted.
   • You warrant that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Payment and Fees
   • All services will be billed as per the agreement between the client and Stargazer Digital. Payments are due as specified in the respective service agreement.
   • Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Termination
   • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the individual service contract.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All materials, strategies, and campaigns developed by Stargazer Digital remain the intellectual property of Stargazer Digital until full payment is received.
   • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • Stargazer Digital will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
   • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
8. Privacy
   • We respect the privacy of our clients. Any information provided to us will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Amendments
   • Stargazer Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
    • These Terms of Service are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Scotland.
