What makes this tool so great is how your patients can get all the information they need about your hospital all in one place. They can connect with you when they are searching for hospitals on search, maps and Google+.
What is Google My Business?
Google My business is the unification of current technologies. It encompasses your Google local listing, reviews and your Google+ and makes it easier for your patients to find, engage and review your hospital.

Without actually visiting your hospital patients can’t experience what it is like until they arrive.

With Google’s business view and Google My business you can easily add a virtual tour of your hospital to your profile so patients can look around before they decide to visit.
Of course there are certain areas of the hospital you would not want to include like the canteen fridge for example. But all joking aside this could really help your potential patients get a real feel for your hospital.

I understand your scepticism but these things really do work. Google has invested a huge amount financially into this technology and people are responding very well to it.

This one is more helpful for your Marketing Team – you can see from one clear dashboard how many people have visited your website and Google+ page.

Many hospitals use paid media as part of their Healthcare Marketing – you can even see how your AdWords are performing. However this is only limited to AdWords express at the moment.
This will really help your Marketing Team have a clearer idea of how your hospital is doing across the whole Google experience.
Google is no longer just a search engine – its influence is all over the web. If your hospital is not using Google to its advantage then it really is missing out.
