Unfortunately, finding dedicated content marketing firms in Edinburgh can be a bit tricky – let me explain

Content marketing, as a service, is still fairly new, and many digital agencies are offering this service as part of an overall package (as they should be). So, finding one that is solely dedicated to content marketing in Edinburgh is tough.

If you truly want to find a dedicated content marketing agency, you’d be better searching for “inbound marketing agency” as, in my opinion, this is where some great work in content marketing is being achieved.

Although it may be slim pickings for companies solely dedicated to content marketing services, you may find this list of top content marketing agencies in Edinburgh to be helpful.

These guys have a very impressive collection of clients, and content marketing is one of their main focuses. They have worked with Tesco, Thomson holidays and eBay, amongst others.

I did find it difficult to learn more about the company on their website, but what I did learn is that they do have a large team of professionals with six content specialists as part of their digital team.

Takeaways

Please remember that you don’t want to create content for the sake of it. You may think you have a great list of topics to write about but your customers may not be as interested as you think.

Use topics that your customers actually care about and match up to the questions they are typing into Google. This is the biggest tip I can give you when creating content.

I believe every piece of content has to justify itself in contributing to increased sales. To say that it is increasing brand awareness is rubbish, in my opinion, and won’t affect your bottom line.
