Clinic Marketing: Why 2015 is Going to be Your Best Year for Sales Yet
The New Year is typically a time for new resolutions and fresh starts. Now is a good time for me to talk to you about you’re clinic marketing.
Following some of my advice could result in more patients through the doors for you this year more so than any other.
However this will mean you making some changes and there is no better time to make a change than right now.
You have to start to think about being helpful in every way you can to your prospecting patients.
I know that when they come through your door you are super helpful and that is why you get so many referrals, but if you are not getting referrals then maybe this is an area you want to improve for 2015.
If you are not providing a great service then it is going to be hard to grow your clinic. But improving your face-to-face service is not what I want to talk about today.
I’d like to talk to you about being helpful before people become patients.
Will people pick up the phone to speak to you when they are researching which clinic they want to use?
They will do the research online and seek out the answers via the internet on Google.
So where does this leave you?
Out in the cold if you are not answering their questions online.
They ask and you must answer, this is how you will attract these people to your website when they are researching and by doing this these people will be more likely to use your clinic.
Because you are building a relationship with these people and we both know this is what every business wants.
Having a meaningful conversation with your prospects so you can explain to them how you can help them is what every business wants.
Just the chance to speak to them.
So get blogging, create a blog for your clinic and start to create short articles that answer their questions.
It is that simple.
Do this and do it every week and 2015 could be your best year yet.
